no.. it is allowed.. but it's like they can be used for fun, or to emphasize & such, u know.. especially in places where u can't use the <img src> command..

the icons (avatars) can be used everywhere & by anyone, even in ur signature or in the forums.. so these plz accounts are like non-personal accounts where u can use the avatar without taking permission from the author..
